Kimchi Tempeh Tacos (Vegan)

This is one of my favorite things that i've made so far! Full of flavor! I love tempeh^^

INGREDIENTS

TEMPEH MARINADE

200 grams of tempeh

1/4 cup of soy sauce

2 tbsp of agave or any sugar syrup

2 tbsp of rice vinegar

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp of garlic salt

KIMCHI RICE

1 cup of rice

1/2-1 cup of kimchi

1/2 of a red onion

1 tbsp of sesame seed oil

1 tbsp of gochujang paste (red pepper paste)

4-5 small or about 3 large taco shells

Any other toppings of your choice!
