Liz C: amazing friend, adventurous chef, and public health rock star taught me an important lesson -- tempeh is DELICIOUS! Come visit her tiny kitchen where she whips together a chermoula (North African marinade) tempeh dish with some sweet couscous and a delicious salad with yogurt-dill dressing on the side.
